• Reservation planning is made for the usage of the amphitheater, classrooms, halls and all other areas in Istanbul Kultur University (IKU) campuses.
• Within the framework of the academic education needs of IKU, the amphitheater and classroom needs of faculties and vocational schools are met and allocated.
• According to the midterm and final exam schedules, the amphitheater and classroom needs of faculties and vocational schools are met and allocated.
• Space planning and reservation is made for the hall usage requests coming from outside the institution.
